We refer to the methodology behind our Architectural Process as Agile Disruption Method.

Agile Disruption Method is an analytical-design process, developed to quickly and efficiently find profitable niches in the markets of our clients, without compromising the stability of their core business focus. We achieve these results through analogical and metaphorical brainstorming sessions, mind-mapping, rapid prototyping , extensive primary and secondary market research, SWOT analysis, and RCA (root-cause analysis).

Agile Disruption Method is a very proactive process, which unless requested, will require little work on behalf of the client beyond the initial project brief. Throughout our process we repeatedly take steps to maximize the skills and values of our clients, placate financial and operating concerns and minimize any and all risks that could negatively impact our desired outcome. Agile Disruption Method is also a collaborative process. When appropriate and sanctioned by the client, we open our projects up to a trusted group of designers who help us conceptualize and prototype solutions. Through experience, we've found the collaborative aspect of our process helps our clients to save time and resources when deadlines are an issue.
