The coIN Loft - A Coworking Space
Coworking is a new way to work and lease office space. Although it is often viewed as cheapoffice space, the concept actually has nothing to do with the physical place; it's the people that work in the place that make the experience unique. Unlike incubators and business accelerators, coworking spaces tend to be more focused on social interactions, community building, and collaboration/cross-pollination of services.
The coIN Loft is the first Coworking space of Delaware. We opened our space to bring startups, entrepreneurs, designers, freelancers, independents, and any other person that prefers to work around other people rather than by themselves at home, boxed in at a cubicle, or amid the various distractions of a coffee shop, together.
The coIN Loft is also "think-space", meaning we provide a place to brainstorm and experiment, fail, succeed, then start again. No need to fill a notebook with great ideas you may never see again, just lean over the person next to you, and let them know what's on your mind. If that person can't help, lean over to someone else and let them know. The point is, ideas don't die at coIN, they fly.
